We extend our warmest greetings to you and hope that this message finds you in high spirits. With VIVAMUN 2024 just around the corner, we would like to draw your attention to some critical requirements that are necessary for participation to ensure a great experience for all.
Mandatory Liability Release and Tech Release Forms:
We would like to remind all delegates that it is mandatory to bring signed copies of the Liability Release Form and Tech Release Form on the first day of the conference, i.e., 19th July, during the registration process. Please note that entry to VIVAMUN 2024 will not be permitted without submitting these documents.
We request you kindly print and complete these forms beforehand, ensuring that they are signed by both you and your parents.
Code of Conduct:
Apart from the forms as mentioned earlier, we have also attached the Code of Conduct for VIVAMUN 2024 . We urge you to go through this document thoroughly before the conference and commit to adhering to its guidelines throughout the event. The Code of Conduct is designed to foster a respectful and inclusive environment, and your cooperation is paramount in creating a positive experience for all participants.
